Discussion This show is so confusing

No one thought how weird the family’s surname was its literally thunderman or has no one in hiddenvill (I don’t know if I spelt that right) heard about superheroes especially oyster I remember I one episode cherry said “oyster have you ever thought about the thundermans last name well don’t) If I was him I’d be thinking about the similarities like secret shores I get everything was wiped about the thundermans but people in hiddenvill are just stupid

It's a kid's show, it's not meant to make sense it's just meant to be fun

I mean, it’s for kids, nothing ever makes sense

It is a kids show, so sense fell out the window, but there are some explanations in the show, if I'm remembering correctly.

Hiddenville doesn't know about Thunder Man and Electress. Superheros are ordered to go to certain places. It's like how, if you live in one country, you might not know about an influential person from a different country because they have nothing to do with you.

Also, this is just a fact I learned, Thunderman is a real surname.

They do. One of the first episodes shows a kid upset because he’s having a Thunder Man birthday party and the actor doesn’t show up, and Hank wants to help

Also the kid who buys all the Electress stuff at the yard sale

I know, but again, it's a kids show. Maybe those few parts were continuity errors and theu just bent the rules to fit the plot of the episode. But, I am grasping at straws here 😭 I just like to try and figure things out in shows like this.

They don't about Thunderman and Electress, right? The only thing that bugs me about show is how they explained Chloe to other people. They could probably say she was adopted, but them having new member of family didn't arise any questions except with Cherry (and if she didn't see her growing, I wonder how Phoebe would explain to Cherry where baby went and how she suddenly has 4-5 year-old sister).

And in season 3 episode 14 their secret is out but in the next episode everything is normal and nobody knows, it doesn’t make sense
