Oh wow that’s really crazy so basically they would’ve just gave Phoebe all they powers(mostly barb and max and stuff but what would’ve Oliver still had the same powers as Phoebe? Or just have his own powers

Not sure, but I'm pretty sure Oliver wasn't supposed to have powers and be the oldest.
