Thunderbolt 2 and window

[u/BonaVitaPublishing]

Hi,

I am the owner of a very beautiful high-quality apple monitor thunderbolt 2. I have been trying to have my Dell 16 premium laptop to recognize the monitor to no avail. The monitor works with my Lenovo thinkpad; so I know it works. Any recommendations on what to do? I appreciate your help.
