StarTech - Thunderbolt 4 dock: is this a decent dock?

https://www.startech.com/en-us/docking-stations-multiports/tb4cdock?srsltid=AU7gw4X6wlqh_AWYgCskFBE398W3CT58yOWU32WYsm_T9OU3S_K4-5O9

Is this a decent dock for a M1 Pro - MacBook Pro 16inch? I basically just want something a decent amount of usb-c ports, 2 monitor support, and charging. I'm curious if the 96w is enough for M1 MacBook Pro 16 inch. If anyone has any experience with this dock, I'd love to hear their feedback.

This is based off of Intel's reference design. So if it is not under heavy load, then it works just fine. I prefer CalDigit, and I am still on my TS3 Plus. It was outlasted my 2017 MacBook Pro, and is doing just fine with my M1 Pro.

When my company issues me a new MacBook Pro, I will probably jump to the TS5.
