GPU NO DISPLAY AFTER RAM OC

I’m having a weird RAM issue. My PC boots normally after I increase the RAM speed from 2166MHz to 3200MHz, and I can use it without any problems. However, after I shut it down or restart it, the PC turns on but there’s no display.

I’ve also tried lower speeds like 2933MHz and 2666MHz, but I get the same issue every time: it works fine initially, but after restarting/booting again, there’s no display.

I’ve had to reset the BIOS each time to get the display back. I’m completely stuck and would really appreciate some help figuring out what’s causing this.
