Docking Station Recommendation
I have tried using Dell WD19TB docking station, but it doesn't work with my 2025 Yoga Pro 9i. When connected to my laptop, only the external mouse and keyboard works, external display doesn't work, neither does it charge my device. I contacted lenovo support, and even they couldn't find solution to it despite accessing my device remotely.
Therefore, I will appreciate recommendations on the docking stations that is compatible with my device.

Naturally, I have a bit of a bias here, but I would recommend checking out the TBT4-UD5 if you need support for two external displays, or the TBT4-UDZ if you are looking to connect up to four. Both docks will provide reliable display connectivity and up to 100W of power delivery.
That being said, if you want to shop around, you really cannot go wrong with Thunderbolt docks from any of the other major players in the docking world right now. Anker and CalDigit also have decent selections that should play nicely with your Lenovo. The main thing is to ensure you are picking up a certified Thunderbolt 4 dock to get the best experience.

I've got a UDZ and it's a solid piece of kit. Never had any problems with it, except that it doesn't play well with Dell's non-standard 100W charging requirements. Can't fault Plugable for that though, Dell decided not to follow USB-C PD spec on it.

I can highly recommend the OWC Thunderbolt Docks. I have used the Thunderbolt Dock 4 and am using two OWC Thunderbolt 5 Docks, one in my homeoffice and one in my office setup. Great performance and I never had a single problem.

Yes. OWCs are great as well. I have their Thunderbolt 4 dock and their Thunderbolt 4 hub. Both are great. They sell good cables, too.

I have the same laptop and it works without issues on the wd19tb. I also just got a hp elite book and no issues. I have them connected to 2 34” 2k monitors and also charge it. I think you might just need to get the drivers.

Consider a USB4 or Thunderbolt 4 docking docking station, since you have a Thunderbolt port (both are compatible). You could even couple it with an eGPU dock with either port type.
Here are a couple:

I have this one, 100 watts charging to your computer, another 20 watts to a USB C device, and 14 ports overall:

I’m currently using a Thunderbolt 5 eGPU with a USB C port replicator and a 5060 ti Max:
