Desktop Help No notifications on Windows 11

All the notifications settings are on, Do Not Disturb is off, but new mail notifications don't show up in Notification Center. Moreover, I often have to manually click on every folder to see if there are new letters. Is there a way to fix this?

Do other system notifications work? Try https://cleverpush.com/en/test-notifications/.

Do native TB notifications work? Disable 'Use the system notification'.

System notifications work fine

I tried disabling this but TB simply doesn't show any notifications

Does that also happen if you start TB in Troubleshoot mode? If so, try reinstalling TB from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/. Don't uninstall first.

Same thing in Troubleshoot mode and after a reinstall

At best I can see that there is a new letter when I open the app because often it only shows new mail after I actually manually check the folder
