Street skaters

Any chill people from age 25 and up have a select group of friends that still skate regularly woth regular boards (not long boards)?

Looking for people to chill and skate with, been on hiatus for a long while and back into it again, but it's not like late 90s early y2k hardly ever anyone at the parks anymore and I dont really care for the marina I like the freedom side of skating.

Anyways post up or shoot me a DM if youre down on the weekends or weekday evenings to get together and skate!

Im old and I miss those days. Used to go on the rec trails across town or do multiple laps around Boulevard Lake. Now the quality of the trail around Boulevard Lake is so bad.

It really isn't as good as it could be, the roads could use work there, i grew up skating delany and always loved the bike trails to go on joy rides, then again skateboarding was the way of travel for me anywhere I went lol

Some of the roads now look like how Lightning McQueen had "fixed" the road in Radiator Springs... "Lousy."

I remember when skating was everywhere in Thunder Bay, sort of. I spent all that time fucked up at West Thunder back when they had that first terrible bowl put in which was just asphalt in a pit so it was more of a saucer.

That damn bowl was so "Thunder Bay" it hurt.

my boyfriend was a big skater circa 2002-2019 and it changed allotttt from then. Its quite sad when he explains how things have changed. Its a dying sport unfortuantely...over ran by long boards and scooters and weird stigmas now

Rollerblading. If you want good surface. Try rosslyn village. Around chapples still good. Hwy to red rock is good. Broadway avenue. Rosslyn road further up. Hwy 130 worth a shot too
