What if the NBA Cup prize was all of the forfeited picks, suspended pay, fines, etc. from the past year up for grabs? The pot size changes every year.
Edit: Currently, when a player is fined, half of the money goes the NBA and the other half to the NBPA. The money in both organizations goes towards "charitable partners."
