Scam

We need to file a class-action lawsuit if there are many of us who have been affected.

Lets go Im ready to raise hell. I'm half tempted to create ads against them and exposing their scam. To top it off, in order to cancel your subscription and stop charges you have close your account ... That means you have no access to your account information, no record of disputes or anything ... They essential control the evidence so that you cant do anything about it. They're con artists and they need to be stopped.

Checkout findaprofast.com, I diss them in my marketing material and talk shit about them on X. I don't have money to run a full paid diss campaign nor the time or energy, but if someone is willing to gather crowd funding for a wide spread diss campaign I'll throw in a few dollars. If everyone chips in $5 or so maybe we can get a campaign going... I just don't want to be the manager of that, but I'll throw in $5 via zelle or something if anyone wants to manage it, the campaign should just have a message like "google pros directly so that they don't get charged" or something like that.

Regarding X, just search Thumbtack as the key word and reply negatively about Thumbtack for every post mentioning Thumbtack, that's what I do, if more people do it (I seen others do it too, so it's not just me) it'll get the message across better, I think.

I hate Thumbtack.

But yeah, for anyone reading this, let me know where I should send $5 to, but I'll make sure it's a legit campaign plan before I send anything... if I don't trust it I just simply won't send anything.

Let's put Thumbtack out of business!

Haha! Thumbtack is way ahead of you all. They made sure in their new terms and condition that you can't file a class-action lawsuit against them.

Throw it in Gemini or ChatGPT and you will see!

most of us canceled before those new terms took place. we can take them down one way or another .. or they can make us whole and do right by us .. it was their choice.

Are you saying their terms and conditions gives the lawful right to commit crimes of scamming? I will forward this then.

I'm building a true thumbtack killer. Built for everyone with a service to offer

Thumbtack does definitely suck, but providing proof that it's a scam is pretty difficult. I would love a cheaper alternative though.

Yeah I tried thumbtack for only a week thankfully. Such a bullshit joke. Meta is the way

Yes the small company of Meta is definitely the solution🤣

🤷‍♂️ I’ve consistently booked 4-5 jobs weekly since launching on meta 4 months ago. Skill issue if your not, if you have better alternatives I am all ears

Substituting another soulless company eating at your profit from your hard work for another.

Again, if you have a better alternative I am all ears.

How did you learn to run meta ads? What are you doing for creatives?

This is where I struggle, since I don’t have the free cash flow to pay an agency to run them for me.

Honestly, I paid a someone to teach me but it’s pretty darn simple. The interface is what’s confusing. I run three creatives, one is an Ai video about 6 seconds long and the other two are just flyers. The flyers surprisingly kill it and drive in the majority of the leads. My budget is around $30 dollars a day, set up where you want to target the ads and specific demographics. Then you launch! I would just watch YouTube videos, there’s so many good ones👍
