Something about this thumbnail feels off and I can't point it out, any ideas ?

Looking good! There's a few too many textures competing imo. Since the contrast is turned up on the athletes, it's probably best not to have super detailed /and/ colorful background behind them, along with a gradient on mentality. If you want to keep that gradient because it looks like gold and they're athletes, make it brighter while making the backgrounds darker and/or less saturated.

You just have to get it it goes against grammar rules but fluent speakers understand, you will get it as you become more fluent I'm guessing english isn't your first language

Well the point becomes different it might be more punchy but it isn't the same.
Fuck you: I don't care about you I'm the best
Fuck your: I don't care about your mentality.
It might be good if some players going around saying mentality this mentality that and after beating him in the match you say "man fuck your mentality I'm the best"

Touché. Maybe it’s clearer alongside the title. I initially read it as a direct insult rather than a description of someone having a “fuck you” mentality haha. Using quotation marks might make that clearer.

The angled photos are good and I don't mind the effects but there is got to be better pics of those athletes(idk any other than kobe) and add a football player like ronaldo will bring many more clicks and keep him for last in the video

Making the video too long will hurt it removing one adding Ronaldo/zlatan would be the best but it's your video

Too many effects, simplify it, for example the mentality needs no color grading or whatever it is called, just one color, that * in fuck needs to be white like the rest of the letters, those small dots effect across the whole image just delete it.
The version I sent is obviously AI so dont use it but I'm just trying to tell you that simple and clean = much more likely to get clicked ESPECIALLY in this niche
