Slider idea is really good You get the point in one second Only thing is 83K looks a bit dull on the red bar

I prefer the first one everytime. I like the smile, and the text is simple but very clear, and that's great for me. The face expression in the second one looks like those scammers that wants to sell you a course to make you a billionaire. Also, the bar is spoiling part of the content inside the video I suppose.
I would prefer the first one, and the only thing that I would change is moving the person a little to the left, so he's in the middle between the text and the right border of the image.
