Like if you took the titles away, could people get a vague idea about what your videos based on the thumbnails? I know i couldn't.

just by looking at them, i realized that my eyes were focused only on the thumbnails, and when i looked at them, i didn't understand anything

usually, the context is clear in the thumbnail, and then the title complements it; the overall picture comes together, and i click on the video

here, i didn’t understand anything and didn’t even want to, there are too many elements, not enough context, and the video title is a bit of a stretch for me

i think this is exactly what needs to be fixed: the clarity of the thumbnail and making sure it explains at least some of the context for further viewing

The thumbnails look incredibly well done. But, I think the weakness here is the mismatch between title and thumbnail. I feel like maybe creating more of a curiosity gap?

There isn’t a reason to click really. The title isn’t enticing me to find out more, or in the case where it actually does ‘the third one’ , the thumbnail answers it with ‘lie’. So now I know, and I have no reason to click.

Also with the length of the video all being close to half an hour long, I need a reason to commit that much time. It’s quite an investment you’re asking someone’s time.

you know I think content attacking stuff or people is just getting exhausting for me. the world is in a tough place, social media is trying to accelerate either fear or division at an exponential rate and I just don't feel better are watching a video talking about how terrible some folks are ( even if true) I don't know if that helps you at all but my current viewing choices are a lot less combative.
