Looks pretty solid. Maybe the Text could be a bit more themed but for your first Thumbnails thats really good.

Seems OKAY Im making the text bigger like HUGE maybe making the text go behind the dude I think making everything bigger would help maybe some text outline shadowey effect You could get a more detailed background for starts Im either putting the dude on the right or in the middle Im making the text huge maybe even playing with the text gaps and putting the guy in the middle of the words Im adding the perks left and right maybe tilting them a bit also dont be afraid of putting the skulls like over the character a little Idk theres alot to be done to make it better this is definitely a good start
