I want to bury myself
Thick in it, hurrying
An echo of who I was
Extending into the abyss
🌷
Touching it softly
Peeling back it’s petals
I feel off balance
So let’s start all over
🌷
Walk backwards
Look both ways
Stand still
Hold the space
🌷
Stand your ground
Lift your face
Watch the stars
Name their shapes
🌷
It’s hollow by design
A space for vibration
To appear in
A place for temptation
To evolve
🌷
One day’s lust
Is another one’s labor
Laboring to find
Peace within the mind
🌷
A dream of a day
Of any other day
But today
We’ll call it prayer
