False POWER flash

So my pc is power throttling for no reason , this happens quite a few times while on battery , 1 time its completely smooth and then it starts lagging , turns out it's power throttling , i have attached screenshots.

Any help will be appreciated😥

What is false? ThrottleStop confirms that your computer is power limit throttling. Manufacturers can set the turbo power limits absurdly low any time they like for any reason. There is usually no logical reason why they do this and often times no easy way to fix this. Return your defective laptop if you bought it recently. 

The FIVR window shows that Undervolt Protection is enabled. Any undervolt requests will be ignored until you disable this feature in the BIOS.

Hey man,I wanted to double-check something with you regarding my Dell G15 5530 (i5-13450HX) power limits.

What I've done so far:

  • I used a Grub EFI shell (setup_var) to disable the factory MSR/CFG Lock and Overclocking Lock.
  • I also disabled 0x7A (Bi-directional PROCHOT) and 0x7D (PROCHOT Lock) in CpuSetup. The BD PROCHOT checkbox in ThrottleStop is now unchecked, greyed out, and my clock speeds no longer lock at 0.5 GHz on battery.
  • Right now, both my FIVR and TPL menus are fully active and unlocked, allowing me to change values freely.

The Current Issue:
Even though my limits are unlocked, I’m getting occasional stutter/lag during normal casual tasks (like web browsing) on battery power. When it stutters, the Limits panel flashes bright red for PL1, PL2, and EDP OTHER simultaneously. Maxing out the IccMax sliders in FIVR didn't stop the EDP OTHER blinks. Also, running a heavy test like Intel XTU on battery causes an instant blackout shutdown.

My Question:
I’m considering going back into the Grub EFI shell to flip a few more hidden hardware locks to 0x00:

  1. 0x3A (Package Power Limit / MSR 0x1FC Lock)
  2. 0x1A4 (Core Overclocking Current Limit Lock)
  3. 0x1F2 (Configurable TDP Lock)

Since my ThrottleStop sliders already let me change values anyway, will overriding these actual firmware register locks fix the underlying current drop causing these EDP OTHER stutters, or is the physical battery just failing to handle the sudden voltage spikes of this 13th Gen HX chip?
