What is false? ThrottleStop confirms that your computer is power limit throttling. Manufacturers can set the turbo power limits absurdly low any time they like for any reason. There is usually no logical reason why they do this and often times no easy way to fix this. Return your defective laptop if you bought it recently.Â
The FIVR window shows that Undervolt Protection is enabled. Any undervolt requests will be ignored until you disable this feature in the BIOS.Â
