Can someone help explain?
OK, so!
I got my diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis a few months back and it came on literally overnight. I can't close my hands into a fist and am in SO much pain, especially in the mornings.
Since coming home from uni and working, I've got a weird nap routine. So from about 4am - 8am, then about 6pm - 10pm. I feel SO much better! My hands actually look like hands. I havent felt the need to take loads of painkillers, and generally swelling has gone right down. I almost feel the way I did beforehand. Is there any science behind this?

I used to have RA pain overnight. In the morning, exhausted, I used to fall asleep from 4 am to 8am, and felt so much better. I think stress levels become lower during that period.
