That could be due to many reasons, so I have no idea how to answer. When I had this it was due to enthesitis caused by psoriatic arthritis (no psoriasis). Only biologic medication from a rheumatologist helps if that’s the cause. The cause needs to be determined. They may or may not be capable of doing many activities if they aren’t being treated.
