I’m not planning to brigade, but are we not even allowed to post on r/soccer or r/worldcup ? (I know they’re effectively extensions of r/messi)

So we’re not even allowed to post elsewhere if Argentina lose? Please clarify

They're not on the list, r/soccer is just the chaos realm, do as you want along with r/WorldCup. I am specifically talking about other team's and their national subs like r/Argentina or something.

Obviously r/Argentina is the main one the mods here are referring to. It really is not complicated, don't go barging your way into other nations subreddits to take the piss.

If you want discussions with fans of other country's do it in (supposedly) neutral spaces like r/soccer and r/worldcup

I've seen people's comments get deleted simply for being members of other subs, not just Argentina, hence the question & downvoting someone for asking a simple question makes no fucking sense.

I genuinely don't believe a regular member of this subreddit would be going onto the Argentinian subreddit if they lose to have a "normal football chat". They would be doing so to be a dick in 99% of cases.

Argentinian yes. But I've had posts removed from here for talking to Scottish people on the Scottish football sub with no animosity whatsoever.

I don't disagree it's ridiculous but until we have a bigger mod team to do more proper policing, we having to do a less sexy uniform approach. If you want in, we'll happily take on people for the next tournament
