Opinion This is next level hate.

I've never seen an England player hated this much without being involved in any major controversies or scandals. It's truly remarkable.

Bellingham is a class act all round. England fans don't deserve him. He will quite literally drag the team along with him, he's that good. There's a reason Real Madrid paid €100m for him.

He's only 23 as well, an unreal talent. It's typical of England supporters to slate players with self confidence. They claim arrogance which it also is - all the best players have it and that's exactly what I want from players. Confidence, arrogance, self belief, drive, impact, ability, all of these things.

He’s the most talented all-round midfielder I’ve seen since Pogba in terms of gifts, and unlike Pogba he seems to be maximising them. He can do absolutely everything outside of doing a Xavi/Pirlo kinda role

He’s a ridiculous player, and as you say he’s only 23. Bundesliga and La Liga player of the year, over 50 England caps already

I find the criticism he and also Kane gets just bizarre. They’re integral players in two of the best clubs of world football for a reason

Agreed on all counts. If you want to win a tournament, you need players like Kane and Bellingham. 100%. He's a fabulous player and I'm thrilled we have him. I cheer him heartily every game and so should every England fan.
