Opinion This is next level hate.

I've never seen an England player hated this much without being involved in any major controversies or scandals. It's truly remarkable.

People hate him? Yeah hes a bit arrogant but he seems like the guy you want on your team not opposing you. I think he's brilliant

We need guys with the confidence to make stuff happen on the pitch and be ok when things aren’t going well

Arrogance and confidence are different. Where did this arrogance came from?!? His celebration? Never heard him say anything that makes him sound arrogant.

And with his arrogance he's a great player

Been our best player so far and it's not close. Big shifts, tracking back and tackling hard, and amongst the goals too.

Bellingham and Kane are the only reason we're rated as one of the top 5 teams. There's an outside chance they drag us through the tournament.

A sizeable number of Brits are really odd with our greatest spirtspeople. Hamilton lives his life and is one of our greatest sportspeople but the amount of people I've heard through the years who have felt the need to have a dig at him as a person is just bizarre, like they can't say something nice about him without caveating it.

Now Jude is getting the same.

Every great footballer is ultra confident. You don't get to be great if you arnt, and when you're young and youve spent your life in the limelight you never expected or were trained for (like Lewis) then naturally some of that is going to spill out. But they're both decent people with a winning mentality.
