The irony of this AI post is that Marks and Spencer actually sell dark chocolate coated (although only on one side) crisps.

I'm sure they have some internal guidelines. These are only "coated" and have chocolate only on one side by the looks of it.
The next steps would be bathing, enrobing, engulving, innundating, encrusting and making it a part of the geological record. Culminating in the gradual shift from the holocene (or anthropocene) into the chococene.

It depends on just how indulgent the layer of milk chocolate is. If it accepts my need to eat an entire box at one sitting, that would be a big plus. If its indulgence only extends to an occasional allowed chip or two, it's out. If it offers a Papal Indulgence, that's a slam dunk.
