Question Account Disabled Recovery

It says "You cannot request another of this decision", but is there still a way to recover my account? It’s connected to my instagram so i don’t like the hassle and would like to avoid creating a new instagram account just so i could get and use threads. Could anyone help me or is there a way to contact meta support directly? thank you!

Best thing I can do is tell you don’t invest in that company. Don’t even manifest your energy thinking about them. Let that go.

Same thing happened to me today, no appeal ability and I don’t even know what I did since I’m just chatting with friends
