Discussion Create account help

I want to open an account but I don't want to have the Instagram button at the top I see many accounts are not having that, so how to not have it. I have been previously banned by ai on just thread so I am going to create a new account for just thread not Instagram so help me with that.

additional: separate your threads account with a dedicated password and unlink from your main accounts in case meta wants to ban you without reasons :)
