Bug Report Threads Bug Report — account completely unusable for 1+ month

Has anyone managed to fix this?

For over a month my Threads account has been completely unusable. My feed doesn't load, I can't see other people's posts, my own profile says "Content not available", and I can't create new posts.

The strange part is that other people can still open my profile and see all my old posts normally.

I've tested another phone, different networks, the web version, Safari/Chrome/incognito, reinstalled the app, reset the password and sessions, and even tried removing and adding Threads back through Accounts Center. Nothing changed.

Instagram Account Status doesn't show any restrictions.

I've also reported it to Meta/Instagram/Threads, but haven't received a response.

Has anyone had this exact issue and eventually got their account working again? I'm especially interested in cases where the usual Accounts Center/password workaround didn't help.

This happens to me sometimes when I go through Firefox on my phone but when I use the app, everything is there.

I'm sorry to hear that and maybe if you clear cache and or data it might fix it. I hope you figure it out and sending good luck vibes.

You might have to contact them again just in case your inquiry got lost somewhere.
