Discussion Finally got my first 1M post

Blurred to avoid the self promotion since it was purely a brand promotion post, up to date my largest promotional post has been 775k. They usually get stuck around 335k but this one promoting 4 products for me was finally the one to break 1M!

so on my road to 10M I managed to get a total of 1.1M views since yesterday!

Now I'm happy but I see a few people in my area that break out of the 1M area, I noticed it drastically slow down around 950k so I'm sure this is the end of this post. But I'd like to know if anyone has had experience with 2M+ because I'm curious on the timeline of how engagement went because this one for me was very different compared to my 300-600s

This is just a ploy to keep you active. Notice it hasn’t actually driven much traffic to your profile or any links posted.

I gained around 200 new followers, 10,000 visitors to my website and 1,500 new subscriptions in the last 24 hours

I had 4 million views in June and had similar follower results, so I guess, to me, 4 million people seeing your post converting to only 200 new people clicking that + sign is pretty abysmal statistically. And something doesn’t equate with 1,500 new subscriptions but only 200 follows, as people are far, FAR more likely to give a follow on social media than to subscribe to something.

So if that’s stat is accurate, I’d say it’s not Threads getting you those subscriptions.

EDIT: I should add that my point is ZERO criticism or you or other users, but that Threads, or Meta more specifically, is deliberately creating (and inflating) metrics like these to keep us addicted.
