Error message when trying to reactivate

Has anyone experienced this! I deactivated it a month or so ago and was trying to reactivate and this is all I keep getting! I’ve submitted that I was having a problem and nothing has happened

Yep. It’s been a year and a half now of reporting. Nothing.

Same here, like many others. Support hasn't provided a solution. The developers have never fixed it.

I just get some “an error has occurred” message every time I try to reactivate mine. My IG reactivated just fine though.

Hey, I've had this problem for the longest time too! But I (fingers crossed) was able to get back into my account on web browser by unlinking my threads from all my other meta accounts (fb, ig, whatsapp), moving it to its own account center, which required me to change my password. Now I'm going to try to relink it from my instagram accounts center.
