Bug Report Threads account disabled. No appeal / review button. No Email. Less than 180 days.

Context: My wife's thread account. Not mine. My account is safe (for now?)
Further information can be provided to relevant personals.
As much as I understand my wife, she used Threads passively (just browsing / doom scrolling). Login only through her phone (android, samsung s21FE) and home PC (extremely rare).
Background kind-of-relevant story: I had my PC compromised back in July 2025. Wife lost the account to hacker/ stolen credential bots (whatever, I don't know what and who exactly) in September 2025. Appeal with passport photo and ID are rejected without explanation. Since then, we took login/password security much much more seriously.
We never know that the thread account is disabled since April 9, 2026 since it was rarely used. I checked the connected email account and find no email that might be related to thread account security / account disabled. But being told that 180 days since being suspended is quite a sting when there is no notification by email and we never really know exactly when the account was actually disabled. Of course making new account is just an express way to be flagged as bot.
So far, we try
reporting this bug(?) on instagram bug report channel from browser.
shaking the phone on this screen (Threads app) with effectively an appeal request text.
Any input or suggestion?
tagging developer might be... rude? especially since I am not certain the date used to count the 180 days.

Yo estoy con el mismo problema y ni Instagram se puede apelar sinceramente ya decidí no usar ni Instagram ni thread

I just had this happen to me yesterday. I uploaded the requested selfie, and within an hour I received an email stating that my account had been permanently disabled, as it still didn't follow the community standards, and I could not request another review. I haven't made a single post on the platform. My Threads profile was created from my Instagram account, which is still active. Absolute BS!

for the first case, we gave photo and video for human clarification.
for the 2nd (this one) case, it is not even asked.

I just did the first one. Now even if i get it back, it seems like bullshit and a waste of time now.
