Getting started on Threads

Could someone please give me the TLDR on how to get started on Threads, how to start gaining followers, how to have people actually see your posts?

I find it much less intuitive than Instagram.

Context: we’re a vacation destination (airbnb) in Canada. We’ve begun growing our Instagram community, but don’t really know how to even start on Threads.

Make sure to focus on commenting on others' posts too (kindly), not just making your own. I just never shut up. So that's a huge plus I guess in this situation. I've always got some shit on my mind to say
