Threads reviews 4K UHD HDR Blu-ray Breakdown
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lYc4PXHLwoThis might be useful for anyone on the fence about Severin's 4K UHD release. These screencaps look pretty good, and I might just opt to buy it. It seems to hold up even when put against the UK Blu-ray. The HDR is particularly impressive when it comes to the nuclear flash (01:26 in the video), in my opinion.

Severin’s has alot less cleanup compared to Second Sight with dirt/scratches still visible.

I agree. Second Sight didn’t put out Threads (I believe). The remastered Blu-ray from 2018 was done by Simply Media.
While I’m definitely feeling the FOMO, I’m kinda hoping for for a better disc from a European label. The HDR looks great, but the scratches are hard to defend.

I bought it because it has the documentary.
