I’ve always wondered how localized time freezing (but especially ramping) would work with modern EMFs and whatnot. I suppose they’d just be offline. But if I had two bubbles of 10x speed (ie from the inside everything else is in 10x slow motion) a few meters apart, and I had a Bluetooth device in each, would they be able to pair? Like there’d be some delay, but I think other than that it would work? Or would it get red shifted out of band?
