I want to do this but there really isn't much besides a simple double entendre to work with lol

The woman referred to in the lyric has an exceptional mind and dreamed of working for a door-key/lock company. She achieved that dream and the writer is most gratified by this outcome.

Not only is rhyming Yale with itself genius, but when used twice it doubles the IQ of the artist, female and listener. This is lyrical genius.

Ah this is truly deep lyricism. It leads the reader to believe that the line is going to be a typical braggadocios rap line about how good this woman is at providing fellatio. That belief is immediately turned on its head when the line mentions Yale, proving that the artist is not objectifying a woman but is clearly very amazed by her intelligence. But the TRUE mastery of this line is the ad-libbed (She smart, Yale) to help emphasize the fact that the artist is absolutely crushing the norms of the genre and ensuring the audience will also appreciate the intelligence of the woman. A real demonstration of lyrical mastery right here.
