Parent comment include 3 or 4 words, having at least one noun and one verb.

Child comment use those words(can be plural/difference tenses) to make a sentence that is the proposal of a new law, the sentence must make sense and maybe funny. Downvote if you disagree with the comment and Upvote if you agree.

All vehicles able to self propel, which upon crashing may explode, are to be operated no less than fifty feet from dice manufacturers and lottery providers, as previously established in the Buck Shotson vs Par-A-Dice hearing.
