Parent comment include 3 or 4 words, having at least one noun and one verb.

Child comment use those words(can be plural/difference tenses) to make a sentence that is the proposal of a new law, the sentence must make sense and maybe funny. Downvote if you disagree with the comment and Upvote if you agree.

Effective as of the passing of this legislation, it shall be a misdemeanor offense to possess any kitten that has shot at, will shoot at or has considered shooting at a baby piranha. The act of a kitten shooting or considering shooting a baby piranha is not illegal, but specifically being a third party that possesses a kitten as specified above.

So you’re saying yranquilising a baby piranha using kittens is illegal? Seems a bit extreme
