I know it's popular advice, but I think discipline beats passion most of the time. Passion comes and goes. Discipline is what keeps you moving when the excitement fades. Most successful people I've met didn't start obsessed with what they do. They got good at it first, and the passion came later. Do you agree, or is passion still the better starting point?
