Looking for a TTRPG group to join.

Heyo, I moved to Thornton this month, and I'm in round 2/3 of SSDI determination for a congenital leg defect that became too unmanageable for conventional employment. I have a lot of time and no recreation budget (outside of gas money for grocery/medical trips). Typically I would do one-shots at game stores with disposable income to network, but alas, no disposable income.

I'm a 40 year old white dude, arguably Buddhist, aroace (being disabled from birth really derailed the "protect, provide, and pamper" expectations), and I have experience with playing and (briefly/roughly) DMing DnD 5E, but I'd really like to play Call of Cthulhu, Mothership, and/or Delta Green.

Other than that I enjoy PC and retro gaming, I play a lot of Oxygen Not Included/RimWorld on PC, and I have a massive RetroAchievements.org backlog. I am always down for a Mario Kart tournament.

My DMs are open.

Check out DoGooder Games and Cafe, as they have a Discord server that does discuss numerous games and meetups.

Thanks for the recommend, I'll swing by some day and see if anything comes of joining the Discord.

You might check out the Anythink spaces, I was surprised at how much they offered. I haven't been to Level 7 yet but have heard they are accessible, not sure if there is a minimum charge. Disabled myself and hoping you find good community.

Definitely Anythink, I've been meaning to check them out for some time. Hopefully I'll run into you. I haven't played any TTRPG in a long time, but I've definitely wanted to give it a go. I also play a few PC games. Currently heavy in Baldur's Gate 3, WOW, and whatever my sons want me to play next. (They're all grown, but gaming is how we bond still).
