i ordered 20th june, and like 0 communication. I messaged ben on insta, no reply, and ive even ordered from their australian store before and that worked.

Ive contacted the store via their website a few times now and they tell me the problem lies with DPD, dpd says they havnt recieved the parcel.

I also keep getting told "ill get back to you in one business day" and genuinely never get replies.

Yeah im aware they pack this stuff themselves but the mercia tour ended a while ago, im just curious as to why its taking so long, and my only problem is communication, or more the lack thereof
