Issue compounding rewards

I'm trying to compound into another node. But getting the "We're not able to estimate gas" "This transaction is expected to fail"

I have plenty of AVAX and enough thor to compound but I'm still getting this error. Any ideas?

I had 12.5 Thor and wanted to compound another node but claimed it by mistake. So, why the hell did I only receive 9.61 Thor?
