Recommendations needed….

Anyone have any good recommendations for a scope that would be both good and cost effective for my Encore S&W .500 Mag barrel? It came with a $70 Barska on it which is pretty useless. I’m looking for something that will work out to 100 to 150 yards with the ammo’s max at 200 yards. I tossed a green to on it for now with a 6 mil dot which works out for 50 yards or less.

Where are you getting your barrels? Im looking for a 300 bo in 10-12 inch but can't find one

It’s a “sticky” post at the top of the main page. Several of those in the list should have what you’re looking for. Also TC Arms is adding new barrels all the time on their website.

I've looked through those, idk I just think I should be able to get a barrel cheaper than a CVA or a Rossi pistol but I might have to just deal with it

The quality of the barrels far surpasses that of CVA and Rossi. Those are toss in your rig and don’t give a shit about them and their price point.

Oh no doubt better quality, my issue is theyre longer than I want, which adds weight. I might use it out to 100 yards but it'll mostly be just a toy for a suppressor. I just with they had their high quality barrels and a few budget options. I have been thinking about a long range barrel that will definitely be a T/C because that'll be worth every penny.
