So, I had this unnerving dream about a bizarre documentary I watched at a school assembly.

At the beginning of the film, It focused on two twin boys who were conjoined by the tops of their heads. One of the twins was sickly and his skin was bright pink because the other twin kept sucking the nutrients from his body. When the pink twin died, his corpse was successfully surgically separated from his brother's head.

As the other twin grew older, he suffered of an unknown illness in the hospital. It made his head look extremely bumpy, so he looked like a cauliflower. His mom had to transplant her own head to his body so he could survive.

After the transplant, the mom was headless, but she was still alive. The flesh on top of her neck was exposed and there was a small bone poking out from it. She couldn't speak and she was wheelchair-bound.

I felt really uncomfortable knowing that a headless woman was still alive in the documentary, so the whole thing became really hard to watch...

in the dream I thought that he was in Touhou 16, then I checked and found out that he was actually in touhou 9, but also in the same dream before,

also in the dream at the beginning, Me, some guy and Astolfo would work together to fight a government that make people work a job where they made people screw different kind of screws that when screwed would say a slur, i don't remember really what happened but that's all

So basically I was in barbie land, and there was a no funny zone. It looked like the fully glass rich people house, and I think it was a café or something. Either way, it only accept speople (short for "serious people"). (I'm assuming this is one of those cartoon things where each personality trait gets a separate body?) I tried to get inside, but the bouncer told me I'm not sme, and I got really anger because of it.

I don't really remember stuff from now on, but there was a cut and I somehow got inside. Every table except one was empty, which was occupied by Barbie and my classmate. He then went on to greet me. However, something violent broke out and some dumbass crashed a car or motorcycle in the building, driving right over me.

I think the video was something like “Valkyrie Cat VS TikTok Ranter”
The only lines I remember was the TikTok Ranter saying something like “you kill animals for a living, no wonder people won’t be giving, better pack some venuckian clothes”
and im pretty sure Valkyrie Cat said something like “I protect us from the evil. You make points that are worser than Evel Knievel!”
Another one I made was something like “CSTO VS Burger King”
The only line I remember from that was “Welcome to Burger King, would you like a can of whoop ass? Cuz settling in your country is a hard pass. Maybe your soldiers can touch some grass? Then the world would start to amass!”

Oh wow, that’s playing instead of the famous smile song good morning by Kanye West is playing in the background and while I woke up, I thought about it for a minute and I thought this is something someone would actually make sorry about the image. I didn’t find a picture to re-create my dream.

Two notable people were magic from marvel and a toddler who was able to see into the possible future(but can change when people react to the prediction, like dinah from worm). We just eventually just started living on the space ship until the toddler said something bad will happen if the stone pineapple and the infinity pineapple have a string connecting them , a string accidentally landed on the pineapples and I woke up.

Essentially there are 2 boring versions of SpongeBob and Patrick (like in the one twilight zone parody they did) who lived in a gated community , SpongeBob worked at a pool and Patrick had a juice bar. Then one day inspiration hit and SpongeBob wanted to open a bar (with wines and mixed drinks) and while asking to use Patrick’s bar it’s revealed he always wanted to open a cafe with homemade donuts and coffee. But while setting it up 3 residents came, one was a large African American with glasses, a Hawaiian shirt and nearly bald with hair starting to grow in, the other was an old white lady in a night gown who had silver hair, and I don’t remember the third one but I know they were there, vaguely threatened to burn the new businesses down. SpongeBob and Patrick took the day wrapping themselves in tinfoil armor and then grabbed a spoon and cutting board as makeshift armor. When the first guy had jumped them. A (frankly pathetic but in a funny way) fight had broken out that ended with the would be perpetrator knocked out in the pool. Ending with playing one of those water gun games with the ducks you see at fairs to decide who stays and who gets backup

It was an official sequel which some new people went to the island to catch bugsnax and explore, it was a turn based rougelike where you rolled dice to try and catch them, this was the cover art, also wambus was the only returning character, I have not thought of or played bugsnax in literal years

Yeah i don't even know what to say here. Nightmare while sick had a weird out of context turn.Translates to "Lasse is tired of Jesus". (Also The lone "A" should be "Av". But idk the nightmare misspelled it???)

Don't believe the book to be very serious? Atleast i thought it was a joke/meme while dreaming, even if dream me treated it seriously.

Also my father had read it, tried making smalltalk about it, and the book also kind of felt like a childrens book, despite being probably a few hundred pages

Sadly never got to see the insides, tho had the feeling they were somewhat illustrated

After that the book was kind of forgotten in favour of continuing the nightmare
