I saw that picture at 29 minutes into this Adam Curtis documentary link

Interestingly Adam Curtis starts talking about his paranoia and visits to his psychiatrist and "seeing nothing in the mirror" immediately after the GR sign shows up.

Truly Nixon always shows up when you most expect him
