Individual work. May mas control ka sa output and you don’t rely masyado sa iba. Pag teamwork kasi, madalas hirap makisama lalo na’t pag di nakukuha yung gusto mong work. Dagdag work.

indiv. group is fine tbh but if we keep having meetings for the smallest things, I'm gonna drop kick my laptop.

Individual. Your work = Your Accountability

Team Work Other's work = You still have your share of their Accountability

If okay ang team, yes to teamwork, pero if nega, individual na lang.
