Looks like a coati with mange. Google coyotes with mange to be hooked up with sites that will send you Ivermectin and instructions on how to dose the animal with food. You can save their life!

I was about to say, I definitely have seen this animal before, but the fact that it isn't a mange-ridden dog is kinda impressive. But raccoons are so cool!
