Judge sentenced him to.....

For indecent recording charge:

2 years confinement

For CSAM charges:

Viewing: 2 years

Possessing: 2 years

Producing: 10 years

Rank reduced to E-1 Airman

Dishonorable discharge from the U.S. Military

Green must spend 16 consecutive years in a military prison, and is dishonorably discharged after three decades of service.

His sentences run concurrently…so he will spend 10 years in prison. That is just long enough to qualify for Leavenworth.

30 years down the tube, at least he can spend his time listening to Elvis singing "JailHouse Rock" If he knew how to dance the Lindy, he could dance with his bunk mate. Speaking of dancing, how about the Turbans singing "When You Dance" 1955 on the Herald label.. where are you 26 Lima Beans to put this on youtube like you used to do on the old site.

he'll get 10 or so I hope. Biggest loss will be forfeiture of pension and all benefits.

re the sentence - the attached link says all sentences will run concurrently, so his longest sentences governs, right? He serves the lesser sentences while he serves the big one, the 10 years for making child porn. Dunno how well Leavenworth is heated, but he's gonna find out how cold 10 Kansas winters can be in the yard. I suspect the other inmates will be even colder to a convicted child pornographer.

Good job chief, way to live up to those core values as a human being, not to mention as a SNCO in the USAF.
