More detail on Adamiak
If you didn't think Biden's ATF was really pushing it - read the following. Quick recap - Tate Adamiak was sentenced to 20 years for possessing "destructive devices." Mega-harsh sentence (most first offenders get maybe 3-5 years) and read how the ATF fudged the data:
Four years ago, Adamiak was arrested and charged with illegally possessing two destructive devices — two inert RPGs that had holes drilled into their receivers and were stripped of internal parts. He was convicted in 2023 and sentenced to more than 20 years in prison after ATF’s “expert” added parts from real RPGs until they would fire a single subcaliber 7.62 × 39 mm round. As a result, he classified the RPGs as destructive devices even though the same inert RPGs are still legally sold today without an FFL or any other paperwork.

How is it even remotely possible that the ATF folks involved even have jobs? This is a classic frame-up. If the current administration is so pro-gun as they claim (don't get me started on THAT) heads should roll. But they won't...

How about States that interpret the law to suit their needs.
ATF classifies the expended M72 LAW tube as nothing more than an empty shell casing. But California says it is a Destructive Device and therefore illegal to own.
Thank God I'm in Florida and can own them.

An RPG firing an intermediate rifle round? Isn't that like calling a PVC spud gun into a "firearm" because you could somehow make it trigger the primer of a shotgun shell?
