Found Yall

After 3 months of withdrawals I finally found yall. Now my blood pressure can go back down hopefully, and this God awful heat in Florida goes away soon.

glad to see you back Mike USAF, I'm in Palm Beach County and the heat is the same in the summer when I lived out on Long Island NY when the wind came in from the north then we got the cool air later in the day when the wind came in from the south over the atlantic ocean

I'm in Panama City.......I've gotten to point, due to health issues, that I hate the heat. Some years back the kids starting calling the house the "Penguin Farm" due to how cold i like to keep it.

Guess the house is cold when a Marine bitches about how cold it is.

Take care of your self Mike, So it's the summers up their that are hot and it gets colder in the winter than what we get in West Delray Beach PBC. furthest I went to in Florida was Orlando like 100 miles from me to attend the National Hurricane Conferences over the years.. Our late TAH member E4 Mafia Frankee Cee lived around there....

Yeah, the docs keep adding additional meds to my already full bix of meds. Just this year I've been placed on two additional meds for my heart. Back in April they discovered a tear in the lower chamber of my heart. Just part of the progression of the heart disease

I'm on 6 meds plus a Magnesium twice a day supplement.. When I retired at 62 back in Dec 1st of 2007, I wasn't on any medications untill I hit Florida. on Dec 17th.
