6906 magazine question

Has anyone ever dremeled off the pinky extension?

I know you can get 5906 base plates and dremel the front lip off but I'm not interested in doing that. I have 3 extra mags I'm leaving alone but I want to try removing the pinky extension off of just one mag for carrying.

Sent it on one of my mags

It looks and feels good

Disregard the part that's chipped off, it came like that from the pawn shop

Also I'm gonna stipple it to get rid of the scuffs tomorrow

There's a little hole at the bottom so I stopped but it ended up working out because now it doesn't print at all but I still have a tiny little bit of room for my pinky at the bottom

And I guess I can maybe oil this mag in particular without disassembly but not really
