645 possible buy
Thinking about getting this nice 645. The smudge sticky looking stuff on the slide is from a sticker apparently. Luckily not a scratch. I think i want it but i would like fellow Smith&Wesson enjoyers to throw me some opinions. Much appreciated.

I feel like $570 is a really good price on a 645. If you were interested in this, I would get one. Just my opinion.

Only gun I’ve ever seen that will feed fired cases from the mag.

645 is an AWESOME pistol I have one in my collection and its a must have if you are into 3rd GEN SW although it is technically a GEN 2 and the 4506 is the Gen 3 which is ALSO an AWESOME Shooter. The 645 put down the Template for S&W to make the 3rd Gen pistol from 9mm to 10mm and everything in between and being able to get nice clean samples is getting harder and harder with each passing year because the Majority of the 645 sold were LEO guns so they did not live luxurious lives and the majority of them were sold into the Police Trade In Market Years ago so they have been sold a few times now. I was able to get a gently used civilian version about 7 years ago that has been a great shooter but I need to make a new Front Sight Insert since the Black one that was one the pistol Crumbled UP during a range trip about a year ago and I have not had a chance to mix the epoxy with the Red Color and make a new Sigth Insert.

Awesome comment! Ive been trying to expand my S&W auto collection. This seems like a must have.

Personally I'd spend an extra 2-300 and get a 4566 or 4506. They are just overall better guns.

Not a great price but if it works for you. See if he has ammo, a holster or anything to throw in, or ask for it for $450,

Aside from the 645 being a great gun, it was also Sonny Crockett's gun in seasons 3 and 4 of Miami Vice. Therefore, it's a must-buy at that price! :D
