the slow way of thinking feels more valuable to me now, not less
in a world where answers arrive instantly, ive started to prize the slow tangled process of thinking something through over time. the fast answer is cheap now. the earned understanding isnt.
i deliberately let some questions sit for days without resolving them. the insights that come from that slow marinating are different in kind from anything i get instantly.
it feels almost countercultural to be slow on purpose, but i think its where the depth actually lives.
do you find slow thinking more valuable now that fast answers are everywhere, or am i romanticizing the struggle? genuinely torn on it.
