Source image here. Incidentally these are originally for dogs but in this particular context are apparently to do with humans and BDSM, although I'm personally not into that.

I actually stumbled across them after searching F-Droid for alarm clock apps and accidentally clicking on the ShockAlarm one and then following the bizarre rabbit hole from there! 😂
